Thomas Rowley is director of retirement business strategy.

Mr. Rowley joined Invesco in 2010. He was previously at Van Kampen, which he joined in 1996, where he served as an executive director with Van Kampen Investments and a member of the Van Kampen strategy group. He was responsible for analyzing the evolving retirement landscape and for developing actionable strategies to help investors and financial advisers maximize retirement planning opportunities. He was previously a 401(k) regional sales director and also spent seven years in retirement plan operations, which included three years as head of a brokerage firm’s “retirement answer desk.” He began his career in the Treasury bond futures pit at the Chicago Board of Trade.

Mr. Rowley earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois. He is a FINRA Series 7 and 63 registered representative.
