  • How do I process a financial transaction on my account?

    Purchase

    • Internet

      You may purchase shares by logging in to your account and choosing the appropriate account and fund and then selecting "Purchase" from the left navigation. Note: To request purchases via the Internet, your account must have current Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank instructions on file.

      If you don't have bank instructions on file, you can complete a Systematic Options and Bank Account Information Form.

      Please call Invesco at 1-800-847-2424 for specific instructions on how to add the telephone purchase option to your account.

    • Telephone

      You may purchase shares by calling Invesco at 1-800-847-2424. Your account must have current Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank instructions on file to request purchases via the phone.

    • Mail

      You may write a check payable to the investment in which you wish to purchase. Please reference your account number in the memo portion.

  • Systematic Purchase Plan

    Under such a plan, a draft is drawn from your checking account on a predetermined day.

    The plan can be setup with:
    - one draft per month
    - two drafts per month on any two days,
    - or an end of the month draft

    This set amount is invested in the investment(s) you designate. You may establish a Systematic Purchase Plan on your account in one of the following ways:

    1. Logging into your account. Select the appropriate account and fund then select "Systematic Purchase Add" from the left navigation. You must have
        current Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank instructions on file.
    2. Calling Invesco at 1-800-847-2424 to establish over the phone.
    3. Completing the Systematic Options and Bank Account Information Form.

  • Wire

    To arrange for a bank wire, you or your financial advisor should call Invesco at 1-800-847-2424 prior to wiring money to obtain a reference number. You may then have your bank transfer the funds to:

  • Redemption

    • Internet

      You may redeem shares by logging in to your account and choosing the appropriate account and fund and then selecting "Redeem" from the left navigation. Please note that not all accounts are eligible for this privilege.

    • Telephone

      You may redeem up to $250,000 worth of your shares by telephone to the address of record or bank of record provided you have previously elected this privilege. To redeem shares by phone, please call Invesco at 1-800-847-2424.

      If you wish to add this feature to your account, send a letter of instruction with a signature guarantee.Please note that not all accounts are eligible for this privilege.

    • Mail

      You can write to Invesco to redeem part or all of your shares. Certain redemptions will require that you obtain a signature guarantee.

  • Systematic Redemption Plan

    You can automatically withdraw a set amount (minimum $50 per Investment) monthly, quarterly, or annually from each investment in which you have a balance of at least $5,000. You may establish a Systematic Redemption Plan on your account in one of the following ways:

    1. Logging into your account. Select the appropriate account and fund then select "Systematic Redemption Add" from the left navigation. You must have
        current Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank instructions on file.
    2. Calling Invesco at 1-800-847-2424 to setup over the phone if the proceeds are going to the address of record.
    3. Completing the Systematic Options and Bank Account Information Form.

  • Check Writing Privileges

    Check writing privileges are available on several of the Invesco money market funds.

    Obtain a Check Writing Authorization Form to establish this privilege. This form must be completed and signed by all registered owners before checks can be issued. Please note if the form is not accompanied by your new account application, all signatures on the card must be signature guaranteed.

  • Exchange

    • Internet

      You may exchange shares by logging in to your account and choosing the appropriate account and fund and then selecting "Exchange" from the left navigation. Note: This option is not available for all account types.

    • Telephone

      You may call and exchange shares by calling Invesco at 1-800-847-2424. If you wish to add this feature to your account, send a letter of instruction with a signature guarantee.

    • Mail

      You may write to Invesco to exchange shares:

  • Cancel a Pending Trade

    • Internet

      You may cancel pending trades online if the trade was initiated online by logging in to your account.

      To cancel pending trades, select the "Pending Trades" link from the appropriate fund/account investment detail and history page. The "Pending Trades" link only appears if there is a pending trade.

  • Change Current/Future Allocations

    • Change Current Allocations

      You may realign your current account balances on a percentage basis by investment by logging in to your account and selecting "Reallocations" from the left navigation. Please note that this functionality is only available for plan participants of employer sponsored plans.

    • Change Future Allocations

      You may change how future contributions to your account are invested by by logging in to your account and selecting "Future Allocations" from the left navigation. Please note that this functionality is only available for plan participants of employer sponsored plans.



  • How do I make changes to my account or options on my account?

    Address

    You may update your address online by logging in to your account and selecting the "Service Center" tab. Please note that any redemption requested to the new address within 30 days of an address change will require a written signature guaranteed request.

  • Name/Ownership of Account

    Please call Invesco at 1-800-847-2424 for specific instructions on how to update the name or ownership of your account. The requirements differ for each type of account.

  • Systematic Exchange Plan

    To add a plan or change the amount or date of the plan, please log in to your account, select the appropriate account and fund, and then select the "Systematic Exchange Update" from the left navigation.

    Please notify IAIS of any changes to this agreement 5 business days prior to the due date of any deposit. To update the bank instructions of your plan, please complete a Systematic Options and Bank Account Information Form and attach a voided check.

  • Systematic Redemption Plan

    You can automatically withdraw a set amount monthly, quarterly, or annually from each investment in which you have a balance of at least $5,000. To change the amount or date of the plan, please log in to your account, select the appropriate account and fund, and then select "Systematic Redemption Update" from the left navigation. You may establish a Systematic Redemption Plan on your account in one of the following ways:

    1. Logging into your account. You must have current Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank instructions on file.
    2. Calling Invesco at 1-800-847-2424 to setup over the phone if the proceeds are going to the address of record.
    3. Completing the Systematic Options and Bank Account Information Form.

  • Asset Allocation

    You may establish a percentage allocation across a range of funds by completing the Asset Reallocation Program Form.

    The funds you select will automatically rebalance to their pre-designated percentages on or near the 28th day of the month in the period you select (quarterly, semiannually or annually).

    To establish asset allocation you must own more than one fund. Asset allocation must occur within one account and within the same class of shares. The total account balance must be at least $5,000 with a minimum of $500 in each fund.

    Asset allocation will not be established if your account currently has a Systematic Exchange or Redemption Plan established.

  • Beneficiary of an Individual or Joint Account

    Invesco does not allow beneficiary designations on non-retirement individual or joint accounts; however, you can establish a Transfer on Death (TOD) account.

    A TOD account allows you to indicate a beneficiary. Please note that not all states allow TOD registrations. If you are unsure please contact your financial advisor or tax advisor.

    To establish a TOD account or change your existing non-retirement individual or joint account to a TOD account, please contact your financial advisor or call Invesco at 1-800-847-2424 for detailed instructions.

  • Beneficiary of a Retirement Account

    To change the beneficiary on your IRA or 403(b) account, complete the Change of Beneficiary Designation [IRA or 403(b)] Form.

    The form must be signed by the account owner and mailed to:

  • Checkwriting

    Check writing privileges are available on several of the Invesco money market funds.

  • Dividends/Capital Gains Options

  • eDelivery

    You may sign up to receive quarterly statements, tax forms, annual reports, semiannual reports, prospectuses, and news and updates via email.

    To register for eDelivery or to update your consent options and email address, please log in to your account, select the "Service Center" tab, then click on "Register for eDelivery."

  • Consolidated Account View

    You may view other accounts online. This is for online viewing only and it will not appear on your statements.

    To add an account please log in to your account, click on the "Add/Remove an Account" button. Provide the login information and select the "Add an Account" button. Please not that you are not able to add employer sponsored plans using this feature at this time.

  • Loans

    You may view your outstanding loan balance by logging in to your account and selecting "Loans" from the left navigation. Please note that this functionality is only available for plan participants of certain employer sponsored plans and functionality is based on each employer's plan document.
