Van Kampen funds has approved changes to the funds’ portfolio
management teams. Effective September 20, 2007, the U.S. Growth
team will assume day-to-day management responsibilities for
Van Kampen’s:

On October 10, 2007, Van Kampen’s Aggressive Growth Fund,
Select Growth Fund and Strategic Growth Fund will close to all
new investors but will remain open to existing shareholders.
In November 2007, shareholders will receive proxies for the
proposed mergers. The proxies will outline a tentative date when
each fund will close to all investments. These dates are subject to
shareholder approval and may change.
We believe these changes will help reduce the funds’ overall
expenses, position the funds more competitively within the
marketplace, and allow for a more streamlined product offering.
1 Prior to August 2006, the fund was known as Emerging Growth Fund.
2 Team members may change at any time without notice.
