Growth Network
The Growth Team believes that a key ingredient of successful investing is constantly
pursuing a diverse set of ideas/concepts across multiple disciplines to
facilitate pattern recognition, while maintaining the flexibility and
creativity to evaluate new ideas. Their shared reading network (the Growth Network), which includes over
100 investor and non-investor participants, leverages the distributed knowledge of the firm and encourages cross disciplinary thinking. Each
week, they circulate articles, essays, and thought pieces from a wide
range of sources outside of mainstream Wall Street. The team also keeps
a running list of their favorite investment and non-investment books, which
they use in the training and socialization of new
members.
The books below are available for purchase.

There is no assurance that a mutual fund will achieve its investment objectives. Funds are subject to market risk, which is the
possibility that the market value of the securities owned by the fund will decline and that the value of fund shares may therefore
be less than what you paid for them. Accordingly, you can lose money by investing in these funds. Please be aware that these funds
may be subject to certain additional risks.
Mid Cap Growth Fund: Mid-cap stocks. Stocks of medium-sized companies entail special risks, such as limited product lines,
markets, and financial resources, and greater market volatility than securities of larger, more-established companies.
Foreign and
emerging markets. Investments in foreign markets entail special risks such as currency, political, economic, and market risks. The
risks of investing in emerging-market countries are greater than the risks generally associated with foreign investments.
Pace Fund: Foreign and emerging markets. Investments in foreign markets entail special risks such as currency, political,
economic, and market risks. The risks of investing in emerging-market countries are greater than the risks generally associated with
